Isha - Harendra Prewedding Shoot

Ranchi.
So later June in Ranchi can be tricky. It can be the Sun cooking you, or clouds trying to wet/wash your makeup. Luckily it was none, and what we glimpsed was a condition best suited for photography, the overcast weather.

Although the couple's sunrise silhouettes seem gorgeous, filming it is another tough challenge. Everything can wait other than time, so sunrise shoots need perfect planning and execution. First, you have to wake first to wake others in the team. Then you need to poke the client, pack stuff, and travel to the location before the dim red light hits the horizon. A delay of even 15 minutes can ruin everything.

Well, although we, along with the client, reached our first location in time, almost 4:45 am, there was no Sun but the cloudy skies that were shrowding the fireball. The hill is nearly 18 km away from the main city, and it takes roughly 40 mins drive.

Yes, we missed the silhouettes, but we also had perfect weather to shoot all day long. Clouded skies give you a natural diffuser to capture incredible clicks without a worry of shadow or over-exposed face. The whole team was happy with what we shot, and the client cooperated with wonderful gestures and expressions. The shoot ended by three on the noon on Getalsudh Dam, 40km away from Ranchi.

There were laughs, smiles, and enthusiasm all around, and this prewedding proved to be one of the best prewedding to date.

A special thanks to Isha-Harendra for trusting Team Perx and making this project an example.
We wish all the happiness to the lovely couple.
